Installation failure

Hi, I've been trying to install my new software. I keep getting an error message "Error of Installation Please reinstall"
I've tried reinstalling and it doesn't help. I've tried updating and I get the message that Some files failed to install properly.

I'm running Windows 7, 64bit.
Please help.

Is this a new installation of v8 or are you updating to v8.02? If the latter, see Jim's instructions here. If you have any questions or problems with the procedure, don't hesitate to ask -
