In the past (about 5 days ago), after viewing View New Content, a refresh of it did not show the topics that you had viewed on today.
Now it seems that this flag is not being updated until the change of date in the US. Doesn't work well for others in non-USA time zones.
Is this a deliberate change?

They disappear a few hours after viewing for me. Not on a change of date.
