What is the refund policy?
Answer: Our experienced technical support staff makes every effort to ensure that you have a pleasant experience with our products. We recognize that software selection is a very personal process, however, and our products are not for everyone. You can return any product purchased directly from Wholly Genes Software within the previous 90 days for a full refund (less shipping).

If you purchased a product from one of our dealers, you must return the product to your place of purchase. The refund policy of the dealer will apply in that case.
