How can I add the same data to many different tags?

Answer: You can create a text macro that will fill data into several fields at once.

To create the text macro on the Menu bar choose Tools > Text Macro. Select a line and input the data for each field separated by a semicolon. Remember the Function key (Fn) associated to the line you chose. When you've input all the data, click the [OK] button

To use the text macro, go to your tag entry screen and put your cursor in the first field for which you put data in the macro. Press <Shift>+Fn. It will automatically fill in all the fields.
