Yes I am using the Latest Trial Download, downloaded this morning Yes I am using all defaults. By trial and error I have found that if I right click the Desktop icon and click on the safe run tag it opens perfectly and accepts my user serial number

Hello this is my first post, although I have been a TMG user for many years Just upgraded to windows 7 and reinstalled TMG from disc but cannot open programme. various error messages about missing files. Tried to delete tmg from main programmes and features list but cannot as message "could not open install.log file". eventually by round about method deleted all references to tmg and downloaded new tmg 7.04 from website. still cannot open programme message "c:\users\carl\appdata\local\temp\tmg45608574\_placeupd.dbf" cannot delete programme as same message above, "could not open install.log file" tried installing from disc or website several times but same general messages What am I doing wrong?
