  1. Did You Know....

     

    To navigate the Project Explorer without changing the focus on other windows, right-click on the Project Explorer and uncheck the "Link Project Explorer to other windows" option.

  2. Did You Know....

     

    Click on the Filter button at the top of the Project Explorer in order to limit the display to people who meet a series of conditions. Click on the Clear Filter button to undo the filter.

  3. Did You Know....

     

    Once you have specified a series of filter conditions on the Project Explorer, you can save them to an external file (*.FLT). You can then quickly load a set of filter conditions by selecting the file from the listbox at the top of the Project Explorer.

  4. Did You Know....

     

    To add a multimedia file to a slideshow, you can drag-and-drop it from the Windows Explorer onto the Slideshow Manager. Alternatively, you can right-click on an exhibit in the Exhibit Log and choose "Copy to Slideshow Manager."

    You can export a slideshow and send it to a friend, who can play it with a slideshow viewer that is also provided.

  6. When presented with options, don't be afraid to accept the defaults, as they will usually produce good results. When you are more comfortable, you can experiment with the effect of those options.
