How do I link a daughter already in the data base and shows up on her fathers card, mother was added later as spouse to the father, how can I link the daughter to her mother? I tried to add the id # but was told it is already in use (which I knew but thought it would automatically insert that persons name).

I would suggest you create a custom Tag Type for this purpose. Not only will they show up clearly in the list of Tags, but they will be easy to include or exclude from reports as suites your purpose.

Just new to this software and trying my wings, I like to include medical records in my records, is it best to add a tag for medical or is there another place that caters for medical notes?
