I am able to restart TMG, as I have Message Manager set to 0. I turned off Norton AV and tried again, but the same thing happens (goes to 20% and hangs). I have waited up to 20 minutes and it does not clear. I have to 'end program'. Virginia C.
"Web > Other Sites" not always working
in Older Products and Versions

I have noticed that sometimes when I attempt to open a file that I have put in the customized list in Web - Other Sites, there is no file list there, only the Customize... option. I find that if I close and reopen TMG, the customized file list is there.
I asked on the TMG mailing list if others had seen this happen. Teresa said yes, and she thought it was a new bug with 7.04. However, I am still on 7.00 and have the problem. It's not major but annoying to have to close and reopen TMG.
