    While loading my Family Tree (ver 16) database into SuperTools ver 2.0, I got the following errors:

     

     

    07.01.23, 15:12:23 !>C:\WINDOWS\system32\bbFolderTree.ocx, BBFOLDERTREE.BBFolderTreeCtrl.1, __DllRegisterServer__()=-2147220991

    I ignored the errors, and upon completion of the loading process, I got a "lst" file that said "No errors encountered".

     

    Initially SuperTools seemed to perform normally. However, when I try to prepare reports, I get error messages stating

     

    Error Opening Database C:\FTW\Hunter Main File (05-28-07).FTW_

    Error Number =-1

    Error message = Could not open C:\FTW\Hunter Main File (05-28-07)$.DBF

     

    Tried reloading the main file again -- same results !

     

    Can you provide assistance on this situation ?

    I just purchased Family Tree Super Tools for DownLoad.

    I downloaded the first file (ftstinst.exe) successfully, then when I clicked on "CONTINUE" button, I received notification that the link to "www.whollygenes.com/completeorder.htm" was broken.

     

    When I tried to execute the FTSTINST.EXE file, an error message told me I needed additional files and again referred me to " www.whollygenes.com/completeorder.htm"

     

    I emailed both support and webmaster (08/07/2006 @5:23pm) and am awaiting an answer as to how to remedy the problem

    Fantastic service -- here it is 19 minutes later (7:00pm central) and Support has already responded with an email with a work-around to downloading the other files I needed.

     

    Congratulations the WhollyGenes Support department ! ! !
