Clearing of Research log database

After importing from Ultimate Family Tree, the Research Log contained a message for every person that said, "Last edited in Roots III on [date]." How do I clear thousands of these messages so that the Log can be useful?

After importing from Ultimate Family Tree, the Research Log contained a message for every person that said, "Last edited in Roots III on [date]."  How do I clear thousands of these messages so that the Log can be useful?

You are probably better off correcting this in UFT and reimporting. In UFT under Utilities select Project>Check, uncheck every thing except "Streamline Research Text Fields". This will remove the "Last edited in Roots III" phrase....
