Jack D. Lovelace 0 Report post Posted January 4, 2008 The TAG-ENTRY screen used to display the NAME data should have fields for displaying the user-id for whom the name is associated. All other TAG-ENTRY screens have this capability. When the principal name for an individual is displayed, these name user-id fields should be grayed out, so as to prevent the principal name being moved to another individual. When a non-principal name is displayed, the user-id associated with this individual should be capable of being edited, so as to allow the non-principal name to be moved to another individual. To accomplish the move of a non-principal name from one individual to another individual in the current system, the name must be manually entered under the new user-id (which involves a lot of keying, which is prone to errors) and then deleted from the original user-id. This has been big annoyance and it would be great if could be fixed.
