    Hello I have been looking for an overview over what to use as County and State in different countries. I am most interested in Dutch, French, German. As an example France has Regions (22), Departments (100), Arrondissements (341), Cantons (4032) and Communes (36680). It would have been usefull to have some standard use!? A list like: Place field_English____French________Dutch L1_______Adressee__?_____________? ... L4_______County____?_____________? L5_______State_____Department?____?
