Everything was going o.k. until I got an error message saying "The folder 'C:Windows/Fonts/Foxfont.fon' could not be opened. Please check that your disk is not full and that you have access to the destination directory. Access is denied." I can't even find a folder by that name on my C drive. What now?

I use TMG6 both on my home computer and at the office. I recently got a new computer at the office. I tried saving all the TMG files on DVD and reinstalling it on the new machine, but it didn't work. How can I re-download it? Or can I? Or what should I do instead? Thanks.

There must be SOME way to copy individuals from one project to another. I tried merging two projects, but I couldn't do that without having duplicates of everyone who appeared in both projects (and two data sets). And I couldn't get rid of the duplicates! I don't want to hand enter, one at a time, the 300 people that I now want to copy into the other project. Does anyone know the secret? I just want to have ONE data set in ONE project. Thanks.

Mike - That was the first thing I checked, but unfortunately, in the edit tag dialog box, everything looks like it ought to be right. Interestingly, this happened on 17 names that I entered, with consecutive ID numbers. Never happened before; hasn't happened since!

Last night I discovered that for some reason, in the Picklist, some individuals are listed first name last name instead of last name, first name. There doesn't seem to be anything different about the way I entered those individuals' names. Any ideas? Thanks.

I would like to be able to add text boxes with extra information and captions to pictures on an Ancestor Chart. I found the button that allows me to add text, but I don't seem to be able to change the size of the text box - the box just keeps getting wider and wider as I type. Hitting enter doesn't start a new line. If I click on the box and change its size, the text doesn't reformat to fit the new box size. Am I missing something? Thanks!
