  1. Problem previewing report on screen

    I am having the same problem. I am not very computer savvy. I backed up the file and got the following message "unknown member ROPROTECTIONMAN" i have never gotten this message before. I installed the TMG v8 from the computer so do not have a disk. So how do I go to 'installer' ? Also, why is this happening now since I was always able to view and print reports?

    I keep getting program error when I wish to print a report. OLE error code 0x80040154. Class not registered. Is there a way I can correct this problem and be able to print reports?
