While backing up my files I get the following error: Input file read error - This error occurs when a file read operation is performed on a ZIP file that is locked or restricted by another process. Next error screen says: Errors occurred during backup. Output file write failure, possible disk full I have 205 GB of free space on my C drive. (228 GB on E, 225 GB on F and 926 GB on G) I am using Backup All (projects and customizations), using all of the defaults. Ron

When trying to run a Journal report with TMG 7.04 I get the following error message: Cannot create file c:\...\the master genealogist v7\configuration_files\journal report.bak. 39 FRMRDS_PEOPLE.MLOCKREPORT Abort Retry Ignore Try a kinship report get: Cannot create file c:\...\the master genealogist v7\configuration_files\kinship report.bak. 39 FRMRDS_ONEPERSON.MLOCKREPORT Abort Retry Ignore So forth and so no with each report.

I can't get the folder to stay not read only. Untick read only, hit apply, OK, OK. Close folder, open folder and check properties. Still says read only!

Not just two reports...every report! I've removed the program and restored it several times with same problem. Also have run maintenance programs several times with no improvement.
