Running TMG 7 on windows XP. Making reports such as pedigree or descendant intended, with option: save to file type: Word, I get the error: conversion error #3: could not create or open CONV_LOG.TXT on scratch drive . It is really a problem of conversion to MSWord, as saving to .pdf runs without problems, as well as the direct print option (but these options have no possibilities to change the lay out of the reports)
This error comes after a thorough cleaning of my computer
I put an empty file conv_log.txt in the TMG map, without result...
