I am running v6.12 on Windows XP. When I try to print to screen a Pedigree chart (haven't tried sending to printer yet) I get the focus individual and his/her mother and the mother's full ancestors and info. However, all I get on the father's side is the name of the father, no info and no ancestors of the father. I never had a problem printing Pedigree charts in the past (I'm not new to TMG v6), however this is my first time using it on this new install. I do have No Threshold and Include Blank Surety checked off. What could the problem be? Thanks. Mike

I don't have a clue if my problem is with TMG, VMware Fusion, Windows XP Home, or a problem with mac. So I will start here and hope to get some idea of where to look. I am trying out TMG v7 for the first time. My database is being moved from v6. I am trying out VMware fusion for the first time as a way of running TMG on my new mac (new to using mac as well btw). After restoring the database in v7 I keep getting a number of showstopper errors beginning with "Alias is not found. 8703 FIX 44_E" and then proceeding onto "Alias 'TMP_E' is not found. 8704 FIX 44_E" and then others. All with the usual Abort, Retry, Ignore options which all do nothing and eventually lead to no TMG data windows on screen and then being unusable. As I am unfamiliar with running Windows on VMWare, and also unfamiliar with v7, I would appreciate any ideas as to where the problem might be. To start, if I knew what those 'Alias not found' errors were all about, it might begin to help. Thanks for any assistance. In case it helps, the little I have used v6 on the same setup seems to have revealed no problems thus far. Mike
