  1. Hello, I have recently discovered that optimize function crashes my database of about 91000 people. I have to restore a back to recover - repair or reindex fails after attempting optimize. I remember that there was a problem reported long ago. I have tried using different computers and OS and ge the same results. Upgrading is not an option as some of my favorite features are missing in version 5, 6 and 7. Any ideas? Thanks, Darryl

    I have about 85000 individuals. I'll start recording the error messages to a text file. Somtimes have to stop wowexec.exe before restarting TMG. I often have to reindex or repair database. I know that 4.0 is not supported with XP - and I can undestand why. It may be related to the problems that can occur when not waiting after hitting F10, enter, OK etc before preceeding. TY

    I am very happy with version 4.0D. However it has become a little unstable as the size of my database is now pretty big. Does anyone have any tricks to make it play better with Windows XP? Best regards, D
