hard drive defunct - how do I re install TMG7 in new drive?

My hard drive is completely defunct and has now been attached to my new hard drive as an F drive so that I can transfer my files. I cannot open TMG from within the F drive and I don't know how I can transfer it to my new hard drive. I was using TMG7. Do I have to re-install the programme and how can I do this? I would also like to have a copy on my new laptop so that I can use it away from home. Can you tell me how I can do this also, please? Many thanks, Vivien Hick
