  1. Cannot install

    During installation I receive this message: The file 'C:\Windows\system32\Msvcrt.dll' could not be opened. Please check that you disk is not full and that you have access to the destination directory. My disk is most decidedly not full, and the file is present and accessible. My OS is Windows 7. Please advise or return my payment.
