  1. Hi, I've been trying to install my new software. I keep getting an error message "Error of Installation Please reinstall" I've tried reinstalling and it doesn't help. I've tried updating and I get the message that Some files failed to install properly. I'm running Windows 7, 64bit. Please help. Thanks!
