Hello, I am trying to produce a report but am having trouble with the "Report Destination " section using Report Definition screen . I can manage the 'Save to' aspect & have saved a number of reports in Microsoft Word BUT am unable to get results when trying to use Screen Preview or Printer; instead I get a window that says: Locate: cdintf-1dll (in top left hand corner) then Look in: Master Genealogist v8 then below a selection of files then finally Locate - Blank space Files of type DLL I have absolutely no idea what to do with this window. I am learning to use TMG using "A Primer for The Master Genealogist" by Terry Reigel, but am unable to find an answer. PLEASE can someone help. Thank you Evelyn

Thanks for your suggestion Virginia, I tried this, but got the following message "Printer set up failed. Error code 1722. The RPC server is unavailable" I would be grateful for any further suggestions. Evelyn
