  1. When try to delete a trial version of v8 I get the following error message "Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable". Any ideas anybody? Thanks in advance.

    Many thanks Virginia but after reading your response I tried again and the delete worked OK. Maybe this was because I tried very soon after booting up? Thanks again, and Christmas greetings to you!
