  1. I have TMG Gold 7.04 running on Windows Vista on a Mac (OS X [snow Leopard]) with Vmware Fusion 3.1.1. I am trying to restore my data from a .sqz file (2.42 MB). When I try to restore following the defaults, I get a “Nothing to restore.” message. The Wholly Genes help desk says the file is clean. Has anyone had this situation? Can you HELP!? Thanks, Bill Myers

    What is the procedure to back up my data to a CD? My CD drive does not recognize the *.sqz extension used by TMG.

    The statements about the spouse's parents appear in the marriage sentence. I believe the material that was imported from Ultimate Family Tree a few years ago does not give the parent statement. Marriages created in TMG do have the parents. Can you help? Thanks!

    When I create a Journal Report (Descendants) of my ancestor, some entries include spouses parents' names but others do not. How can I make all spouses' parents' names appear?
