Hi Virginia, Thanks for the advice - I tried the above and I seem to have created a report but I cannot access it on the screen - it created something for an instant then it vanished - has this happened to anyone else?

Hi, i am totally new to the software (UK version) but think I am reasonably computer literate - I am so far unable to view or print any even standard charts - I have printed off the help instructions and followed them to the letter - I have received an error message - "unable to find file" when trying to create a VCF ancestor box chart - can anyone help?
