When trying to print to a file (Acrobat .PDF) a 14 generation pedigree report
I keep getting the error: "General Print Spooler Error".
I have selected print to file, and I do have PDF Printer installed.
I've searched the archives for a solution but could not find one.
I have no problems with my g-grandfather (38 charts)
No problems with my grandfather (150 charts)
When I come to my father TMG says it is printing 203 charts but then at the end I get the error message: "General Print Spooler Error".
Can anyone please tell me what is happening?
I am using TMG v6.09 and Adobe Acrobat v7.0
