    This option is ten by default You can try any value between zero and 1000. This is time. Please try other option too: [MessageManager] ... HTTPConnectType=0 ... where 1 - Directly 3 - PROXY 0 - like in Registry (by default) Please let me know about result. P.S. I'll be happy to know any details about your network.
