When I print out an Indivdual Narrative report I get an unwanted ";" (just the semicolon, not the quotes) , then a space then a period. I cannot figure out where the ";" is coming from. When I look at the sentence structure in the tag entry screen it does not appear. This only seems to happen with Census tags and at the end of memos. Any suggestions? Darrel

Thank you Virginia. Yes, I have changed the backup location in Preferences. I will try the span disks option. I don't believe I have approached the limit of the flash drive. It has about 8 backups on it but I don't need all of them. I suppose I could delete a few of the earlier ones. Darrel

I have switched from backing up to a Zip drive to a flash drive. This has worked well for several months. However, within the past couple of weeks when I do a backup I get this message: "Input file read failure - This error occurs when a file read operation is performed on a ZIP file that is locked or restricted by another process." When I click "OK" I get this message [sample]: "Backup to e:\JILES GENEALOGY 2006-02-14 15-32-18.sqz is complete." I can't think of any reconfiguring of software or anything else to account for these messages. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this and whether there is a problem I should be concerned about? Is there a way to confirm the accuracy or completness of a backup? When I look at the file names on the flash drive I see nothing unusual. Thanks for any help you can offer. Darrel
