I'm new to TMG but so far so good except I can not get some reports to generate in HTML format. I've checked HTML in the Program Options --> Reports, applied the change. Then I've gone to the Report Menu and tried to produce an Individual Detail Report, however, the HTML option is not available. What does one do now?

You could temporarily change the date of your computer to the date you want on the record, then go to the record you want to reset the date on, F5 and F9.
