Join the new list by going to the bottom of: http://www.dallasgenealogy.org/tmg/tmgdates.htm and click on 'Meeting Reminder Form' to subscribe to the new list. You will need to reply to the message to complete the enrollment process. This prevents spammers from having access to the email list. Other info: The North TX TMG Users Group is a special interest group of the Dallas Genealogical Society. We started as a SIG of the North TX PC Users Group. Dallas Genealogical Society membership is not required to attend the TMG SIG meetings. It is strongly encouraged however since dues money helps to pay overhead of the SIG including sponsorship of a major Seminar each year. Each month we have a beginning hour and a more advanced hour with a 10 minute break in-between. The topics are usually sent out to the mailing list along with the reminder message. Even though there is a topic prepared in advance, the SIG leaders reserve the right to postpone the topic if we have lots of questions from the floor about a particular area. We have a large group of 'regulars' since this Users Group has been meeting since 1994. We were the first specifically TMG Users Group.
