  1. Whenever I try to restore from a .sqz file on my USB drive to my laptop, I get a" DYNAZip unzip error". I have no idea what is causing the error or how to fix it. I looked on the internet, and it talks about CTI navigator. I cannot find that on my computer. I have an Acer laptop with Windows 7 and McAfee internet security software. Please help. Linda
