  1. Dear TMG Forum: My old computer crashed. I have a brand new Dell XPS 8500. I installed TMG v.04 on the Windows 7 (64-bit) O.S. Everything looks fine. Except... When I try to print out a Journal Report starting with my oldest ancestor, it terminates immediately with the message "There were no descendants of the selected person." However, if I do a Descendant Indented Chart, all the descendants are there. Also, all links appear to be correct within the program. So what could be causing the "no descendants" message in the Journal Report? Thanks for any light any of you can shine on this issue. Brian P.S. Do I need to upgrade to TMG 8?
