  1. While attempting to edit (add a middle name) to an individual in the database I received the above error message. I doesn't seem to matter whether I delete the name, re do all the names or just go on the system returns with the same error message. This happened the first entry in the first minutes of the new upgrade. I'm using a desk top I-7 with windows 7 and loads of power. Is this common?
