Printing to File Problem

TMG v_7 will ONLY print to file with ASC II.

i want to print to file with *.pdf or *.doc (any version of either).

i have tried all the hints i could find execpt, i do not have font < Wholly genes LD (Wholly.ttf) >.

i can not find fonts on cdrom ver_7 or ver_6. My version_5 i have thrown away.

Please help, i want to print to file not Paper.

my comp 64bit.

 

RTF = Error # 20

PDF = locked up TMG & forced shutdown of comp

Word win 2000 or later = Error # 20

I think the problem may be the 64bit, not a missing font. If you are using TMG with WinVista x64, you can send reports to PDF but not to a word processor.

 

To send a report to PDF (this will save the file as a .pdf file):

 

1 - Make sure the operating system has an installed default printer (doesn't matter what the printer is).

2 - Install the PDF Printer (File / Printer Setup / Install PDF printer).

3 - In the report definition screen, select Acrobat (PDF) as the File Type for the Report Destination and give the file a name.

4 - Run the report.
