beetle3247 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2009 I purchased a new computer recently and it has the newest version of Windows Vista as the operating system. I have a copy of Windows Office 2002 which I installed on the computer with no problem (or so it seems). I installed TMG v7 and imported my database which went fine (or so it seems). My problem is that when I attempt to created a report (such as Descendant Indented Chart) that will be saved as a Word for Windows V8, as I did on my old computer, I get error messages and the file is not created. The report is generated fine if I only want to do a print preview. The errors are: WordPort Spawn Error Conversion error #20: Unknown error - contact tech support Can anyone help here? Virginia Blakelock 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2009 TMG v7 is presently not supported under x64 operating systems because all features - specifically word processor output - do not work. You can output to a PDF. Permanently install the TMG PDF printer driver: File/ Printer Setup / Install PDF printer. All other features in TMG v7 work fine under x64.
