TMG 7.04 List of Citations

Hi all,

 

I seem to be unable to make a list of citations. When I try to do so, I get the following error message :

 

"Memo file c:\Users\...(path until subdirectory projects)…\NieuwBasis\NIEUWPANDPIED_S.FPT is missing or is invalid."

 

The *_S.FPT file is present, and my source citation details are visible (and editable).

 

I tried reindexing, rewriting a source citation, copying the whole project ... but nothing helps.

 

I'm running TMG 7.04 under Win7 on a 64-bit machine.

You have a damaged database memo in the citation (S) database table. That memo is going to need to be located and cleared.

 

Please send me the NIEUWPANDPIED_S.DBF and NIEUWPANDPIED_S.FPT files. Make a ZIP archive of the two files before sending. I'll locate the damaged memo and repair the files and return them to you.

I found a cluster of 5 damaged memos in the FPT file and fixed them. Gilbert can now run the List of Citations report with no error so the fixes appear to have resolved the problem.
