This is a waterfall descendant box chart edited to remove the connector lines and aligned on the left. The righthand screenshot shows the VCF ruler and the dimensions of the photos when set to 250 pixels width and height. The box width in the report configuration must be set to at least twice the width of the photo (box width 500 pixels in this case). The height will adjust.
