The PDF version of reports was working until yesterday.  Suddenly it hangs.  Is there a problem? A fix? A workaround?

Do you get an error message when it 'hangs'? Does this happen with all reports?

No error message.  I usually have to do a CTRL_ALT_DEL to get back to my computer.  Sometimes it returns to the report page by itself, but no report

I was running a list of people.  The report works as a Word document. I didn't try other reports.

Dede -

Does that same report work if sent to Screen Preview?

Has anything changed on your computer - installed new software or updates?

it works in Screen Preview (and in Word).  I probably updated my Adobe Acrobat.  I'm probably going to upgrade to v9 sometime soon.  Will installing the update solve the problem?

In your computer, go to Start / Devices and Printers and rightclick on that WG printer icon.  See if there is something in the queue (click on that option and delete the queue), or maybe try the troubleshooting option.
