PDF Printer Not Activated

I have upgraded to TMG Version 9, because I could not create PDF reports in Version 7. Now I am receiving an error message about "printer not activated." How do I activate the printer or otherwise get past this barrier? Thank you.

You do have the Wholly Genes PDF Writer v4 printer driver installed?

File / Printer Setup

 

The printer driver is only used when selecting 'Adobe Reader (PDF)' as the Save as / File Type on the Report Definition Screen.

 

You cannot select this driver as a TMG or system printer selection.
