TrinityB 0 Report post Posted March 13, 2019 (edited) I am trying to get a sentence to include multiple people in a picture so that I only have to enter the information once, and on one person and not have to do the "Memo" description I have created a new tag "Image" with a Role of "InPic" The sentence structure is this: This picture is [P1], [P2], <and [W]> <[D]> <[L]> <[M]> The output is this: This picture is Edward William Pierce Jr, Jean Love Pierce, Jennifer Diane Pierce in Feb 2004 in Jennifers House, Lake Sammamish, Washington This picture was taken at Jennifers house.L-R: Les, Jen, Susan, Steve, Debbie, Front: Edward (Ted) and Jean (Love) Pierce. My question is how to get the sentence to include ALL witnesses in the output like this for any of their "Person" view.: This picture is Edward William Pierce Jr, Jean Love Pierce, and Jennifer Diane Pierce, Deborah Lynn Pierce, Suzan Elaine Pierce and Stephan Michael Pierce in Feb 2004 in Jennifers House, Lake Sammamish, Washington This picture was taken at Jennifers house. This seems to be the best I an come up with... [P1] <and [P2]> <[D]> <[L]><Others included are: [WO]><[M]> Edward William Pierce Jr and Jean Love Pierce in 02/ /2004 in Jennifers House, Lake Sammamish, Washington Others included are: Jennifer Diane Pierce, Deborah Lynn Pierce, Suzan Elaine Pierce and Stephan Michael Pierce. Jim Byram 0 Report post Posted March 13, 2019 Another solution would be to use a custom History group tag so that all individuals linked to the tag are witnesses. The sentence could then be: [W] <[D]> <[L]><Others included are: [WO]><[M]> Everyone would have an appropriate sentence without getting involved with the {P] issue.
