Amelie 0 Report post Posted March 8, 2022 Something funny is going on. I run the latest version of TMG (9.05) on Windows 10. But when I click on the Picklist, advanced or basic, all the button gray out and the whole program freezes. I have to do a control/alt/delete to close TMG. Any ideas how to fix this? I've done all the usual maintenance routines. I've reinstalled TMG. I can't think of anything else to do. If you click "Help" on the top main menu, then click "About The Master Genealogist" does the information show your serial number, or does it say something about it being a trial version? Windows can sometimes cause TMG to lose its Serial number. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
