Dennis S 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2007 I've read the help option for merging source records and its quite simple. However, the "Merge" option is grayed out even after selecting a source. You can't do that. You have to access the Source List from the Menu Tools>Master Source List in order to be able to Merge or Delete. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
