Mark Shephard 0 Report post Posted June 7, 2007 I am trying to export an individual narrative report into MS Word and get the following error message: Can't run 16 bit Windows program Cannot find file c:\Progra~1\the master genealogist\wordproc\wpt.sp1 (or one of its components). Check to ensure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available. After the window with the above message appears, TMG locks up and has to be killed and then restarted. I have check that the wpt.sp1 file does exist in the quoted directory. Any ideas as to how to resolve this? Thanks Mark

Virginia Blakelock 0 Report post Posted June 7, 2007 Mark, check out this earlier thread on that problem - especially the last message which indicated it might be related to an anti-virus program. http://www.whollygenes.com/forums201/index...hl=cannot+print Had you run this report successfully previously and the problem just surfaced? Mark Shephard 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2007 Mark, check out this earlier thread on that problem - especially the last message which indicated it might be related to an anti-virus program. http://www.whollygenes.com/forums201/index...hl=cannot+print Had you run this report successfully previously and the problem just surfaced? Virginia I have now taken the following actions, all of which have failed to reolve the problem: 1. Copied the autoexec.nt file from the Repair directory to the System 32 directory. 2. Tried to reinstall TMG over the top of the existing version and then restore my project. 3. Deleted TMG and then done a fresh install in safe mode without AV and Spyware running. Have you got any other ideas? Mark
