Hi,

 

Is there a possibility to create a report of events where the principal poerson is assigned (or not assigned) a specific role?

 

Example:

For marriages there are also the roles bride and groom (besides the standard principal). I want to have a list of all marriage events where the principal person is assigned to the role "groom", not principal (or vice versa).

Hallo Helmut - Guten Morgen,

 

use the List of People report and define a filter condition like ==> Field: Marriage Group... / Subfield: Role / Operator: =Equal / Value: GROOM / Connect: END.

Then specify the output columns for this report (under: Options... / Tab "Output Columns) you would like to be shown in the report.
