tlc 0 Report post Posted January 6, 2008 The journal report in V7 is throwing up some wierd codes after an event. For example, after a birth event the following is printing: <FHELVSS75> I haven't seen this in previous versions, despite using this report format in the past. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how I can remove it? Thanks, Teresa
sam.m 0 Report post Posted January 6, 2008 I believe it may be related to the following. I am not sure where to get the font in question? http://archiver.rootsweb.com/th/read/TMG/2000-07/0963533039 > You're missing the font that creates the supscript referencing the > footnotes. tlc 0 Report post Posted January 6, 2008 Thanks - sounds like it might be the problem. I've checked my CD (I've only got the CD for V6), but can't find the file you refer to. Is there anyone else out there who can suggest where i might find this file - also, whern I do find it, where should I save it on my PC?

Worked out that the error is referring to the "helvss75.ttf" file

Hi, Teresa, I would guess that this issue with the missing font HELVSS75 started to occur in TMGv7 after you uninstalled TMGv6, right? An Austrian user had exactly the same issue. To solve it: simply install TMGv7 again on top of your already exisiting TMGv7 installation. No need to de-install it first. Be sure to have your TMGv7 unlock code / serialnummer at hand when you next re-start TMGv7 because you need to unlock again. I'll report it to the developers.
