BoricuaSeeker 0 Report post Posted March 6, 2008 I think I figured out this error, at least for me. If you enter a person's Surname all in caps then you get this message when you click ok. As long as I don't have Surname entered in all caps when I click the ok button I will not get the error message. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
