Hello,

Is there some kind of limitation on reports that are printed screen that prohibits the viewing of a report that is longer than 1 page? The reason I ask is that no matter what settings I use, I can not view anything in a report that is longer than one page. I mainly use the Ind. Narrative and the journal reports. Is there a way to be able to get this to work so that I can view a whole report?

Thanks,
Mark

No, it shows all the pages. But it works more like a print preview than like a word processor file. The scroll bar only lets you look at one pate at a time - you use the arrow buttons at the top of the screen to move from page to page.

My book, A Primer for The Master Genealogist, should soon be available
again in the U.S. It remains available in Australia. Information is available on my website.

Thanks Terry. I didn't even notice the little arrows on the top. It is kind of unusual to view a document like that.
