I successfully ran the installation for version 5.0 , but it won't let me unlock it with my serial number (I printed it out and saved it). I also have the upgrade for version 6 and its serial number (different from version 5's), but it won't let me run it without first activating version 5.0. Help. Terry Reigel 0 Report post Posted January 14, 2009 You do not need to install v5 in order to install v6 - in fact, you cannot use both versions on the same computer. The problem most likely is that you are entering a different email address than the one you used when you purchased TMG. The unlock code is keyed to the email address you used then. That email address appears only on the Help>About screen, so causes no problem if it is not your current address. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
