    rhcarter posted a topic in Older Products and Versions

    When exiting TMG, I chose to perform a backup, and got the message "File 'shutdown.prg' does not exist". I could not Cancel or Ignore, and had to "quit" TMG by pressing CTRL DELETE and END TASK. I have done backups many, many times with no problem.....what could be my problem now? Have not tried to backup again.
