rhcarter 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2005 When exiting TMG, I chose to perform a backup, and got the message "File 'shutdown.prg' does not exist". I could not Cancel or Ignore, and had to "quit" TMG by pressing CTRL DELETE and END TASK. I have done backups many, many times with no problem.....what could be my problem now? Have not tried to backup again. I would check the medium to which you are backing up. Is it a CD? Can you make a backup directly to a folder on your hard drive?
